Things to know before writing to us :
- You placed an order and can’t find your patterns? If you have created an account when placing your order, you can login to find the patterns through your personal space. If you have not created an account, the patterns are available directly in your mailbox through the order email in the “Downloads” section.
- If, despite this, you do not find your order, and the email is not to be found in your spam box, it may be a technical error on the website or an email address error. We invite you to contact us if this happens. All orders are honored and obviously always will be 🙂
